This semester, I learn about Intelligent System which includes machine learning and AI.

I did not come at week 1 so I don’t have progress at the time.

Week 2 -4

In this time period,  we were tasked to form a team for our final project. However, since I’m new to this Intelligent System stuff, I don’t know what to make or thing since I’m not even used to have AI help in my life so, in this time period, I’m still adapting to the course.

Week 6 – 9

The first project that we plan on my team is face recognition. In this time period, I have learned more or less about the Intelligent system so I can search what we are going to need in our project.  But as time goes on,  I learn that making face recognition is very hard and to be honest, I’m very lazy to do it, therefore, at this time period, we dump our first initial idea and try to form another idea.

Week 10 -13

In this time period, we are trying to formulate our final project and with the help of my sibling, we are decided that we are going to make a simulation-based on death rate and so we are trying to search possible algorithm that can calculate death rate so we found that decision tree regression and linear regressor can fulfill our need so I search code and database from Kaggle to be a reference for our project and found it and decided that calculating suicide rate is gonna be our final project. The day before the presentation, I try to consult our final project to mam Nurul and after a bit of me getting lectured, I found a breakthrough for our project and I need to implement another algorithm to compare since our final project is an analysis of algorithms, our team decided to use Root Mean Squared Error as our basis for comparison. Since I have a group of three, we split our work, One member is in charge of the PPT since I’m Lazy to do it while another team member is in charge of plotting the result of RMSE. The night before the presentation is the day I make the most progress on our final project, In the end, thanks to me and my group pulling an all-nighter, we implement 2 more Algorithms to compare which is Random tree which is basically an algorithm with a lot of decision tree, support vector regressor and linear regressor. On the day of our final presentation, my group presents our final project and then I celebrate that I don’t have to deal with Intelligent System again until the final exam come.
